Sunward property consists of 20 acres located in Scio Township adjacent to the Huron Valley Swim Club property. Our tightly built campus of buildings only takes up approximately five of these acres in order to conserve the most green and open space. Our homes were built over a back-filled gravel pit making the most of an existing scar in the land and leaving the woods and natural features intact. Our open spaces include a 10 acre mature Oak and Hickory Woods, several acres of prairie, and two ponds that are a part of the Honey Creek tributary system. These ponds are home to water birds in the summer and ice skaters in the winter.
