Sunward Soccer
Sunward Soccer is a small, non-competitive, co-ed soccer league comprised of cohousers, homeschoolers, and their friends. Play is held at Sunward Cohousing in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The teams are coached by Tim Donahue.
There are two age groups (4-6 years; 7-10 years). The younger age group plays from 10:00am to 11:00am on Saturday mornings. The older age group plays from 11:00am to noon on Saturday mornings. Each period begins with warm-up and skills practice. During the second half of the period, the age group is divided into two teams (arbitrarily and differently each week), and they play a 30-minute game. Score is not officially kept. Field and goals are not regulation size. Parents (and grandparents, friends and other spectators) stay throughout the hour (i.e. no drop-offs unless another parent is designated to be responsible for your child). Bring a chair or blanket for your comfort. Games take place rain or shine. The games are held on the Sunward Soccer field. Please park along the road.
Parents take turns bringing snacks to share. Each family contributes snacks one week out of seven.

“We don't bring forth change by being dissatisfied with things. We step into the beautiful flow of change and creativity by loving things as they are, by noticing what we love and praising and appreciating it, by focusing on what is lovely and life-giving and delightful.” -unknown
