Openings to Join Sunward

Opportunities to join our Community include homesharing, house purchase, and home rental. Please read our web site to learn more about Sunward membership and our core values and vision. If you are seriously interested, you'll need to get a copy of our "Prospective Member Packet" [PDF format] and our "Book of Agreements." Just as important, you'll need to meet and ask questions of a number of different Sunward members to help decide if our community if a good fit for you. The following are currently available.

Homesharing opportunities:

• March 2010: Share a quiet 3 bedroom home with 60-year-old professional male and part-time 16-year-old son. $500/month, inclusive.

For Rent:

• March 2010. Walk-out 1 bedroom apartment (approx. 750 sq. ft.) nicely furnished cottage style featuring large bedroom with queen bed, living room, kitchenette, and bath with 6' Jacuzzi. Private entrance with beautiful stone patio overlooking prairie, ponds, and woods. No smoking. No cats. $695/mo with 1 year lease (includes basic utilities, cable TV, wireless internet).

We maintain a notification list for people with a strong interest in joining our community. If you would like to be added to our notification list, please contact us. This list may be used by a member who is selling, renting, or sharing a home.
